Dance-Fitties is a class for over 35’s designed to help women feel confident and amazing in their own skin. No pressure, no expectations just pure fun endorphins every week dancing to the best of songs from all eras.

Our Comp Dancers did a Sponsored 5K (6K) for our Annual Weekender Comp and raised an AMAZING £760.

January 2025

An amazing start to the year achieving 32 trophies, 6 Grade Points & TWO Grade Changes.

‘LEGACY’ Bi-Annual Show at the Campus West Theatre.

Our two Stage Teams competed in Kettering placing 1st & 3rd. Summer won ‘Best Junior Title’ and SHAKE won ‘Highest Scoring Group’.
